Top Tip 2 - Help and Support navigation links 

 

 

If you require any assistance you will find contact to Call Guardian Technical Support via a button located on the Control page.

To contact Call Guardian Technical Support simply:

 

Click on the Live Support button. You are able to click this button when Live Support is online or offline.

 

Live Support

   

 

On the Call Guardian Online Help Desk webpage you have the choice of a Live Chat or Leave a Message (Support Ticket) options. When Live Support is Online you will be in contact with a member of Technical Support when using the Live Chat option.  

 

 On this page you can send a Live chat request to Technical Support by filling in the form.

When you have completed this form with your contact details and query, click the 'Start Chat' button and a member of Technical Support will connect to you as soon as possible. 

 

You are also able to Leave a message (Support Ticket) whether if Technical Support are online or not. 

 

Support Message

 

Simply fill in the form with your contact details and your questions you need Technical Support to help you with. Then click the 'Send Message' button which will be sent directly to Call Guardian Technical Support and will reply to your message as soon as they can.
