Top Tip 3 - Service User quick entry

 

 

If your agency has a high volume of Service User's to input into Call Guardian. A quick and easy method is available to insert an active Service User into the system.

The information you need to insert to create an active Service User in the quickest way is:

 

1.The Service User's Rota Name.

  2. Then the start date the Service User began using         the agency's services.

3. If the Service User is to be used with the Call Monitoring System. Simply add the Telephone number of the Service User.

4. When the three entries are completed simply click on the save button to save the Service User entry onto the system.
