The Call Guardian software implements real time monitoring of carer activity by the carer phoning into the system on arrival and departure of a call.
The automated system will trigger audio/visual alerts when carers do not arrive at calls within preset time frames. These alerts can be actioned by the operator according to the decision made by the agency on how to deal with the late/missed calls.
The system can also send SMS text messages to "on call" mobile phones and also Emails alerting managers that no carer has arrived.
Standard Call Monitoring is included with the base Call Guardian package.
