Top Tip 10 - Monday to Sunday (Call details)
When adding a Service User's default calls in the Call details page there is a quick and easy way to add them to the grids.
If all or the majority of the calls for the days of the week are the same times as they are on a Monday. Create and add the calls into the Monday grid then click on the button which will add the same calls to the other days of the week (Tues - Sun).
If some of the calls need to be altered on certain days (e.g. start time, duration, carer's) you can alter them manually to the desired details. If a call needs to be deleted on a certain day, select the call and then click the button.
